3 weeks of arrival. Email us for other specials.
Deposit Policy:
A 50% rental deposit is required to reserve Faiwinds Villa for the
desired time. The balance will be due 60 days before arrival.
We accept checks or money orders in US funds. The required security
deposit of $500 will be returned within 30 days.
Rental Policy :
Normally, our rental period is 7 days or longer, typically beginning
and ending on Saturday. However, if you have other requirements,
we will make every effort to accommodate you.
Cancellation Policy:
60 days or more before arrival: We will refund your rental deposit
less a $150 administrative fee.
60 days or less before arrival: We will not be able to return your
funds unless we find new guests for your dates.
Taxes:
Rates do not include an 8% Territorial Hotel Room Tax.
