Be sure to pick up brochures and maps at the airport and in many restaurants and storefronts across the island.
These offer great information about things to do, local events, beach and nature guides, history, tips, art galleries, shopping and much more.
You can also order the Virgin Islands Vacation Planning Packet in advance at www.vitraders.com.
Many publications and tourist information agencies also have their own websites so be sure to check them out for current events and activities on the islands.

And don’t forget to enjoy a “staycation” at Fairwinds! Take a tour from each of the many decks. Different times of day and night offer endless photo opportunities.
From Fairwinds northwest deck off the master bedroom, you’ll see the uninhabited island of Hans Lollik, with its lush foliage and pristine beaches.
The view continues eastward, sweeping down island to the beautiful string of British Virgin Islands, including Great Tobago, Jost Van Dyke, Tortola, and several smaller islands.
To the east, you’ll see the US Virgin Island of St. John, another great destination for a day trip and easily accessible by ferry.
The view from the top of the Villa’s driveway includes Magen’s Bay Beach to the southeast and Crown Mountain directly across the bay to the south.
As you head back down toward the pool, an expanse of Atlantic Ocean sparkles on the horizon.
