Additional Guest Suites
Each of the two additional guest suites has a king-size bed and a private balcony with views of the brilliant Caribbean. Fairwinds’ two-story guest wing is located on the opposite side of the house from the master bedroom pavilion.

The guest wing can be accessed through the main front door entrance or directly from the great room through a small foyer, which also serves as a library/reading room.

Each guest suite has a king-size bed, a desk in the sitting area, ceiling fans, and A/C.

A spiral staircase in the library/reading room leads to the second-floor guest suite.

Sleeping arrangements for additional guests, especially children, are flexible. There is the sleeper sofa in the master bedroom and the one in the great room. An ottoman in the foyer/library also opens into a comfortable twin-size bed. Room divider/privacy screens are located through the house and can be moved as needed.
The downstairs guest suite has an identical floor plan to the one on the second floor.
